Accommodations
Master ensuite has a queen size bed, master bath and walk-in closet. Spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed,
walk-in closet and space for a roll-away bed.
Living room has media center with tv, board games and queen size memory foam sleeper sofa.
Kitchen features a full size refrigerator stocked with beverages, breakfast items and snacks. Accessories include microwave, hot plate, Kuereg, toaster and filtered water. Dining table seats 6-8 comfortably.
Sewing, Classes, Long-Arm Quilting and Shopping
Sewing studio can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably. Lot’s of extra space for smaller groups.
Classes are optional for your stay! We would love to consult with you to customize a class specifically for your time with us. We offer Beginners Bootcamp, Project based classes, Tip and Techniques, Block of the month and more.
We have two options when it comes to long-arm quilting. You quilt it or we quilt it! At time of booking, let us know you have quilts needing our assistance and we will reserved our calendar to get them done while you are here. See our impressive Gammill Ascend in action.
Even better, get into the game and quilt your own! Rent one or two of our Gammill Vision 2.0 machines. Split the time between members of your group for savings. Certification is included in your rental fees.
Shop from hundreds of Majestic Batiks. Pick up fat quarters for your stash, shop yardage, quilt kits, register for a block of the month or grab a pre-cut. We have a lot to choose from! Coupons towards shopping are provided to each group booking.

Longarm Rentals
We are booking mid to late March 2023 for our longarm rentals. Rent it for the day or by the hour. Daily rate is discounted. Share the time with your group for additional savings. Class certification included.

Bedroom Comforts
Master suite features a queen-size fully adjustable sealy temperpedic bed with all the bells and whistles.
The guest bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress.
Queen-size sleeper sofa is also features a thick memory foam mattress.
Two additional single floor cots with memory foam are available for groups of eight. Groups over six are $40 per night per person.
Parking
Plenty of parking. We recommend carpooling if part of a group booking.
WIFI and TV
Free high speed internet. Youtube TV and Netflix. DVR with 100’s of movies to choose from.
Meals
Provided are beverages, breakfast items and basic snacks. We are happy to coordinate online meal orders with local restaurants for delivery or take out. If you want to visit one of our nearby towns, we are happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants. There are alot of great options.
Sewing Stations
Sewing station includes table, outlets, task lighting, storage for projects and personal belongings, iron and cutting stations. Studio Accuquilt also available for us.
You need to bring your own rulers, rotary cutters and basic sewing supplies.
If you don’t want to pack your machine, we offer rentals for $25 a day. You may choose from our Juki, Babylock or Bernini QE.
House Rules
We ask that you treat all of our space as though it were your own. Quieter hours are from 10pm-7am. Service dogs allowed.
Upon check-out, please place bed sheets and used towels on bathroom floors. Collect garbages and place them outside the main door on the patio. Lock the door when you go.
